Nora has two room types, both private with their own bathroom and both sleeping two people. The Double Room starts at $690 MXN a night or $7,900 MXN a month; the Twin Room starts at $1,990 MXN a night or $8,900 MXN a month. Air-conditioned versions cost $1,400 MXN more per month.
Every room at Nora is private and ensuite. There are no dormitories and no shared bathrooms down the hall. The difference between the two types is how the beds are laid out, not the level of service.

We have rooms with air conditioning and rooms with a fan. On monthly stays the price difference between the two is $1,400 MXN per month. Guadalajara has a mild climate most of the year, averaging 22 °C; the hottest months are April and May.
